When Jim Missig along with Ron and Bill Aeschliman developed the CARCARE Collision Center concept they knew it would have to be more than just a business partnership. Jim, the owner of Kolor & Collision Works had built 2 very successful auto collision repair shops in Joliet and Crest Hill. And Ron and Bill Aeschliman had grown Ron's Auto Body in Crest Hill into one of the most respected and well-known body shops in the region. The success of each individual shop was built on a reputation of honesty and integrity along with a commitment to 100% customer satisfaction. Missig and the Aeschlimans agreed that uncompromising quality repairs, excellent customer service, and on-time delivery would be the common theme for all existing and future CARCARE Collision Center locations.
